1. Install IDM from the official site as trial version
2. Go To Start Menu or Press Windows key+R to open Run. Paste the following and press Enter

notepad %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

A Notepad file will open up named "HOSTS".

3. Paste the following lines (in GREEN COLOUR) in the end of the file,

127.0.0.1 mirror.internetdownloadmanager.com

127.0.0.1 mirror2.internetdownloadmanager.com

4. Save it by Pressing Ctrl+S and Close

5. Then Open IDM and Register By Using Following Particular,
